With ClearSupport Plus, we shift from a “per-device” to a “per-user” support focus. In doing so, we’re able to offer flat-rate pricing with no limits on support hours. Whereas our standard ClearSupport program includes a preset number of “support pool hours” each month, under ClearSupport Plus there is no maximum number of support hours to exceed, so you no longer need to worry about “overage” fees!
For a single fixed monthly payment, all of your standard support needs are handled by our staff. For instance, each of the following would be addressed without an increase in your support costs for that month:
- Deploying a new computer
- On-boarding a new employee
- Fixing a problem on an employee’s computer
- Recovery of an accidentally deleted file from the backup store
